Amberleigh House is a family owned UK based property company that strives to provide professional and innovative advice on all aspects of the property spectrum.
As members of The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, with over 50 years of joint property experience in both development and facilities/asset management, we have been involved with both large and small scale consultancy projects from advising on and negotiating options on strategic land acquisition of large mixed use projects to to smaller residential led schemes, to one off design lead planning solutions for individual homes from both a contemporary and traditional perspective.
Our facilities and asset management team have worked closely with some of the major UK and International organisations in procuring facilities solutions on time and within budget.

DEVELOPMENT
Development:
Amberleigh House specialises in all aspects of residential development and mixed use schemes, from land acquisition, on behalf of most major developers, project management through to planning, s.106 Agreements and land disposal, including strategic land options and collaboration agreements. Amberleigh House act as consultant on many projects throughout the South and UK.
Amberleigh House has worked together with many long standing partners and professional advisers, well known throughout the industry, ensuring that we have the right team in place to design the best development solution to secure planning permission for each project. We pride our-self in our success rate of never having lost a planning permission, which serves as a testament to our approach.
Design and Build:
Amberleigh House having previously worked under the guidance of both NHBC and Premier Guarantee, will build out smaller scale select new build and refurbishment projects, primarily residential, in specific locations, taking benefit from its in-house design studio. We have the vision to develop projects of the highest quality, with environmental issues at the forefront of our design.

John is an RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor with 30 years experience in the development sector, from both a consultancy and development background working throughout the UK.

Jo qualified as a Chartered Surveyor working in commercial property and has migrated to working in consultancy across residential, property asset management and facilities management
Harry
Harry is an undergraduate studying interior architecture. He focuses on space utilisation and the functionality of homes and business premises.
