Amberleigh House is a UK based property company, registered with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, with over 25 years of property experience, that strives to provide professional and innovative advice on all aspects of the property spectrum.
We are able to acquire land and secure planning permission as well as providing development consultancy advice for retained clients requiring resource or professional support. We also provide full Asset Management consultancy for both private clients and family office/estates.
We also undertake small scale developments with design lead planning solutions for individual homes both contemporary and traditional in design.

DEVELOPMENT
We provide expert development consultancy advice for retained clients who require resource or professional support in various areas. Our services include:

- As a main function we manage planning applications through to S.106 completion to ensure seamless project execution
BUILD PROJECTS:
We have successfully operated under both NHBC and Premier Guarantee registration, undertaking small-scale new build residential and refurbishment projects in prime locations. Our in-house design studio allows us to maximize value through innovative design, ensuring that each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

John is an MRICS accredited Chartered Surveyor with 30 years experience in the development sector, from both a consultancy and development background working throughout the UK, with valuable experience in Portfolio Management for private clients/offices/estates.
Harry
With an architectural and design background Harry focuses on space utilisation and the functionality of homes and business premises.
